Xeomin Injections
WHAT ARE XEOMIN INJECTIONS?
Xeomin is a smoothing injection for frown lines and wrinkles. It is the first FDA-approved treatment that's double filtered to remove unnecessary proteins. Xeomin contains just one ingredient (botulinum toxin A) where Botox contains additional additives. Over time, some people develop antibodies to Botox, making it less effective.
WHAT DOES XEOMIN DO?
Xeomin stops the strong muscles that form wrinkles. This treatment is commonly used to treat fine lines and wrinkles on many areas of the face, including: the forehead, between the eyebrows, expression lines, corners of the mouth, nasolabial folds around nose and mouth, and chin area. This injectable is made from a pure, refined neurotoxin, it is impossible to build an immunity to it, and you can see the results in 1-14 days.
WHAT DOES A XEOMIN INJECTION TREATMENT LOOK LIKE?
You first meet with our Nurse Practitioner to go over what you would like your results to look like and a baseline budget. After that you go into our injection room to receive your Xeomin treatment. The session will be between 10 and 30 minutes depending on how many units of Xeomin you receive. You then receive an ice pack and are ready to go! There is no down time with this treatment.
